Using our specialized equipment and chemicals the team at Render Wash can remove all sorts of grime, carbon deposits, and algal growth from the external coatings of your property.
Chemicals used:
Sodium Hypochlorite – This kills mildew spores, algae, moss, and any other plants or fungus that have taken up residence on your wall.
Water – Our chemicals are paired with H20 to dilute and help them spread evenly across the wall’s surface
Our solutions remove green & red algae which usually take days to remove when using typical slow acting weaker cleaning solutions. This includes black algae deposits that usually are toughest to remove from your home.
DO NOT attempt a pressure wash of your render finish if you are unsure of its material make up. Many modern and some older render systems use softer materials that can be damaged by the high pressure force of a jet wash. Pressure washing often leaves an uneven finish with lines and wash marks present once the surface has dried. ONLY a softwash treatment from Render Wash will provide a clean, even an undamaged surface. A softwash will gently remove the dirt or organic matter safely. After a soft wash, results are long-lasting and not harmful to the environment.
